The Campus Ladies in Banking and Finance Project

This groundbreaking initiative is Africa’s first dedicated national and continental mentorship platform for undergraduate women aspiring to leadership roles in the finance industry. Launched in 2014, the Campus Ladies in Banking and Finance Summit and Awards has since provided a transformative stage for female students from universities across Ghana and the ECOWAS sub-region.

Through empowering events, panel discussions, mentorship sessions, and award recognitions, this program actively bridges the gap between the classroom and the corporate boardroom—building the next generation of confident, competent, and connected African women leaders in finance.
